Defect / target: Complex III (cytochrome bc₁)
Mechanism: Antimycin A blocks electron transfer from CoQ to cytochrome c, backing up the ETC, lowering ATP and increasing ROS production.
↑ Accumulates: reduced CoQ, ROS· ↓ Deficient: ATP
