Z-Anatomy lecture atlas: selected adult geometry and source curves. Additional upstream contributors and component licenses: Z-ANATOMY-LICENSE.txt. https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ Changes: selected abdominal objects; evaluated existing source modifiers; tessellated source vessel/nerve curves; preserved source world positions; exported as GLB; replaced materials and added interactive lecture scenes. No anatomical corrections, new anatomical structures or decimation claimed. Adapted CC BY-SA geometry remains under CC BY-SA 4.0. Component caution: upstream lists "Kidney - by Lissie Cowley - CC BY-NC 4.0". Both exported kidney surfaces are conservatively treated as subject to that noncommercial notice until their exact upstream component provenance is traced. https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/ Do not reuse this bundle commercially without resolving those component rights. No inner-ear, brain, cranial-nerve or Wikipedia definition content is exported. No endorsement or medical validation by the source authors is implied. The original source and export records identify the model version and changes. Separate teaching reconstruction: celiac-reconstruction.json contains authored illustrative vessel control paths placed in the source coordinate frame. The viewer renders these as warm-copper tube surfaces, separate from the GLB. Their courses, calibers, branch points and endpoints are approximate teaching choices, not original Z-Anatomy vessels or validated anatomical corrections. Lecture figures guided branch relationships; no lecture figure was exported. The illustrative inventory also includes foregut collateral, intestinal and rectal branch examples. Their variable counts and routes are teaching schematics. Named-branch scene assignments and lecture references are recorded in the module branchAudit; this is not an anatomical validation certificate. Local modifications: OrbitControls includes pointer capture, cancellation and remaining-finger recovery changes. Original Three.js attribution is retained. The source Jejunum curve includes jejunum and ileum. It is partitioned at an approximate 2/5 proximal and 3/5 distal length, preserving its existing shape. This teaching boundary is not a validated anatomical transition. Colic corrections (2026-10-24): arterial source meshes remain in the GLB; colic-corrections.json/js append illustrative distal routes or replace the misplaced rendered sigmoid network. These authored curves meet displayed bowel surfaces; contact is not anatomical validation. The upstream Descending colon surface is divided approximately at world Z=0.98m into descending/sigmoid regions. The upstream Sigmoid colon object is relabeled rectum / pelvic continuation. No precise rectal/anal or sigmoid boundaries are claimed.
